Pruning of the 2021 plantings is finished! We have already started pruning the 2022 plantings. These plants had already grown quite a bit so they need to be pruned back. We have to decide which of the shoots will become the trunk and cut off the remaining shoots. Then we keep 3 good buds and completely 'clean' the rest of the trunk, so all buds and small shoots are brushed off or cut. Again, this will take several weeks.
